Soon Liberty is under the spell of a billionaire tycoon—a Sugar Daddy, one might say. But the relationship goes deeper than people think, and Liberty begins to discover secrets about her own family’s past. Will they find their hearts’ desires—or will HEARTBREAK tear them apart? Two men. One woman. A choice that can make her or break her. A woman you’ll root for every step of the way. A love story you’ll never forget.

My Review:I knew who was going to get together right a way. Why? Because I already read the third book. Ha-Ha. So I started this book knowing the two that are in love in the beginning actually become sister/brother in-laws, and I still liked it. I cried when Hardy left, laughed when Liberty mad friends with Churchill and at times was mad at Gage too. It was a hot, sexy read but at the same time tender. Also, most of these 'romantic' books for women are not very true to life; yeah 'they could happen', but when does that really happen???? Well in this book, everything is sooooooooooo ture to life. From the trailer-parks to the fu-fu side of Texas to money issues and raising children to the rich and famous, it all rang true in Lisa Kleypas' unique voice. I suggest reading this first Blue Eyed Devil (who could that be?!lol) , and then Smooth Talking Stranger. I promise this tangy-sweet Texan love triangle will satisfy you completely.

Exert: "The sunset finished with a long crack of light rimming the horizon, as if the sky were a big door and God was taking one last peak. Good night, Welcome, I thought, and went into the trailer." - 14 (I know it isn't very good, but I couldn't decide so I just randomly opened!)

Summary:Jack Travis leads the uncomplicated life of a millionaire Texas playboy. He makes no commitments, he loves many women, he lives for pleasure. But no one has ever truly touched his heart or soul. Until one day, a woman appears on his doorstep with fury on her face and a baby in her arms. It seems Jack is the father and this woman is the baby’s aunt. The real mother has abandoned the child to her more responsible sister. And now, Jack is being called upon to take responsibility for the first time in his life. With delicious romantic tension, characters so real they walk onto the page and into your heart, Lisa Kleypas delivers the kind of novel that makes you laugh, love; cry and cheer.

My Review: When I started this I thought it was just another typical romance but it really, truly touched me. The characters are so down to earth and it all seems so true that you start cheering on the main characters. Plus, Lisa knows how o make a good man! lol. If only we could all have Jacks;a smart, tender, thoughtful, sexy as hell Texan man. Who doesn't want that?

Exert: " It's drugs, isn't it? Tara was so innocent. She got pulled into that glamorous lifestyle with all her rich friends...all that cocaine dust floating around, she probably inhaled some by accident, and then,-'
'There's no such thing as secondhand cocaine snorting, Mom.'
'She was pressured, ' my mother snapped. 'You have no idea what it's like to be beautiful, Ella. All the problems it can bring on.' " - pg. 115

Cover/Title: The cover is so-so. And so is the title. But it all works.
